Architectural Review Committee


The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) reviews requests by property owners for changes that fall outside the guidelines for the community or change the outward look of a property.  

The ARC members strive to ensure continuity and an overall pleasant streetscape for our community.

When submitting a request for review by the ARC, it is helpful if you submit photos, brochures or samples of the materials you intend to us in the project.

When do you need an ARC request - some examples
  •         New outdoor lighting
  •         New / replacement Windows
  •         Changes to landscaping, tree shrub removal and replacement
  •         Changes to deck
  •         Exterior painting
  •         Driveway replacement
  •         Exterior door replacement\
  •         Gutter replacement
